Crochet Pattern FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this a physical product?

No. Nobelune crochet pattern bundles are digital products. No finished item, yarn, hook, or physical package is shipped.

How do I receive my files?

After checkout, you will receive instructions for accessing your digital files. Keep the email address used at checkout available. If anything is missing, contact us and we will help.

What format are the patterns?

The patterns are supplied as PDF files that can be opened on most phones, tablets, and computers with a PDF reader.

What language are the patterns in?

The current collections are in English and use commonly recognized crochet abbreviations. Check each product page for bundle-specific details.

Are the patterns suitable for beginners?

Difficulty varies by project. Some are approachable for newer crocheters, while others are better for makers comfortable with basic stitches, counting rounds, shaping, and assembly.

Can I share or resell the PDF files?

No. Your purchase is for your own use. The digital files may not be copied, shared, redistributed, or resold. Contact us before any commercial use that is not clearly permitted inside a specific pattern.

Can I return a digital download?

Because digital files cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods, completed digital purchases are generally final where permitted by law. This does not affect rights that cannot legally be excluded. If a file is damaged, duplicated, or inaccessible, contact us so we can make it right.
